I love eating fruit jello all time of the year and especially in a hot day in the summer. This colorful, transparent dessert has many benefits for your health and makes you look gorgeous and attractive. First of all you can have a perfect skin, with elasticity and no wrinkles, because jello is a good source of dietary collagen, a basic ingredient in many beauty products. So next time you need a face cream, go to supermarket!

The collagen in jello helps reduce cellulite, an issue that troubles many women in this period of time. But now you know the secret! Eat jello. The choice of color is yours of course!

This super dessert is full in calcium, phosphorus and magnesium which helps you having strong and healthy hair, teeth, bones and nails and supports muscle formation especially after an injury.
