Every time of the year one of my favorite food choice is walnuts. I love their crunchy taste and the benefits that offers to my body. But the most important reason that makes me eat them, is because they are great for my hair. This is because walnuts contain vitamin B7 that helps strengthen hair, reduce hair fall and improve hair growth. Isn’t that enough for you? Moreover, walnuts are rich in B-vitamins and antioxidants that prevent your skin from free radical damage and also prevents wrinkles and signs of ageing. Better than any face cream, don’t you think?
Life without stress
If stress consumes your everyday life, then it’s time to eat walnuts, as they help fight stress, according to a study. Walnuts are a rich source of fibre, antioxidants, and unsaturated fatty acids, particularly alpha linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid. These are the nutrients that give walnuts it’s stress fighting properties. And without stress, say goodbye to the heart diseases, diamentia, cancer and diabetes. Healthy life, just with a crunchy bite!
Thinner body, better sleep
Contrary to what people believe, walnuts can form a part of weight management diet. Several studies have suggested that regular consumption of walnuts is unlikely to cause weight gain or obesity. Also walnuts contain melatonin that help improve sleep. Who doesn’t need that?
